Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the IT services domain.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight our services’ value.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare accurate, competitive project quotations.
- Customize proposals to meet client requirements and follow up to close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients and explore upselling opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client challenges with relevant solutions.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in IT service sales, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
